Addiction problems among refugees

The workshop "Addiction Problems in Refugees" deals with the question of how addiction problems of refugees can affect the asylum procedure, with drug use in countries of origin as well as cultural background, trauma experiences and consumption preferences of different migrant groups in Germany. An acute medical care concept for refugees and asylum seekers and their children is presented (REFUDOCS), as well as experiences from treatment practice are shared.
